Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- There is a 3% fee for cancelation (this is charged by the bank, not us).
- Same-day changes or cancellations cannot be honored.
Age & Rider Requirements
- Drivers must be 18+ (21+ for boats).
- Children riding must be 10+ with an adult.
- All participants must read & understand English.
- All drivers MUST have a valid physical ID (no photos of ID)
- Reservation holder MUST bring their payment card used for reservation.
Weather & Safety
- We may reschedule for unsafe conditions at our discretion.
- Normal coastal conditions (cloudy, cool wind, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
Damage & Fees
- Customers are responsible for damage costs.
- Late returns and unauthorized returns may incur additional fees.
