Open Positions
1) Jet Ski Rental Assistant (On-Site)
What you’ll do
- Check in guests and help them get ready for their ride
- Assist with basic operations: waivers, scheduling, and guest questions
- Support a clean, organized, professional launch area
- Work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly

- Are reliable and upbeat with strong people skills
- Can work in the sun and stay active throughout the day
- Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure
2) Dock / Fleet Support
What you’ll do
- Help with staging equipment and keeping the area guest-ready
- Support basic cleaning and upkeep of gear
- Assist the team with loading/unloading and daily reset tasks

- Pay attention to details and take pride in doing things right
3) Customer Service / Booking Support (Seasonal or Part-Time)
What you’ll do
- Answer questions by phone/text/email
- Help guests choose the right rental experience
- Confirm details and provide pre-arrival instructions

- Are friendly, organized, and responsive
- Can write clear messages and follow processes
Requirements (Most Roles)
- Must be 18+
- Comfortable working outdoors near water
- Able to comfortably lift up to 112 lbs for certain positions
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Must follow all safety and customer service standards
