By submitting a reservation on our website, you agree to the scheduled reservation.
You understand that if the selected slot is not available, then you will be contacted via email about other openings and will not be scheduled until confirmed via email. If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged on the card you used to book the reservation for your reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your reservation date and time. There is no cancellation due to weather. There is no altering your reservation within 48 hours of your reservation. You also agree that you are the authorized user of the credit card submitted when booking your reservation.
Also, you agree to have your card charged in the event that you occur damages during your rental. The price of repairs is $50 per square inch of fiberglass, plus parts, and may also be charged loss of income. You also understand the minimum damage charges of $100 if you crash into any boats or rocks. You also agree to the $200 minimum charge if you park on any concrete surfaces.
You also warrant and agree that you will not slander Luxury Jet Ski Rentals in any way, or legal action may occur.
