Reservation Policy

Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the reservation.
• A 3% cancellation fee applies. This fee is charged by the bank, not by Luxury Jet Ski Rentals.
• Same-day changes or cancellations cannot be honored.

If you need to adjust your plans, please contact us as early as possible so we can help.

Age & Rider Requirements

• Jet ski drivers must be at least 18 years old.
• Boat drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Children riding a jet ski with an adult must be at least 10 years old.
• All participants must be able to read and understand English.
• Every driver must bring a valid physical government-issued ID. Photos or digital images of an ID are not accepted.
• The reservation holder must bring the payment card used for the reservation.

Weather & Safety

• Luxury Jet Ski Rentals may reschedule a reservation when conditions are considered unsafe.
• Normal coastal conditions—including clouds, cool temperatures or wind—do not qualify for a refund.

Safety decisions are made at our discretion based on the conditions at the time of the reservation.

Damage & Fees

• Customers are responsible for the cost of damage to rental equipment.
• Late returns and unauthorized returns may result in additional fees.
