This personal watercraft and any accessories are provided to me as a courtesy of Tyler Peters. I agree to bring back the personal watercraft, trailer, and all accessories in the same condition as when I took it.
I assume all risk when operating, transporting, and docking the personal watercraft and I do not hold Tyler Peters responsible for any damage that occurs while it is in my possession and I will be fully responsible for any actions that occur as a result of the use of this personal watercraft.
I understand that this is a borrowed personal watercraft. This watercraft is not being leased, rented, or sold to me. Any money given to Tyler Peters is for a donation for the upkeep and gas of the personal watercraft.
I will be responsible for any damage that occurs to this personal watercraft while it is in my possession and I will be responsible for any actions that occur as a result of the use of this personal watercraft.
I will return this personal watercraft, trailer, and all accessories at the end of today’s date. I realize that any delay in returning the personal watercraft, trailer, and all accessories will be considered as theft and will result in legal action which I will be liable for.
I have read this entire page and agree to borrow this personal watercraft under these conditions.
